We're not like most food trucks. We stay in our permanent location on Perkins Rd. from January to June so our customers always know where to find our Hot Boiled Crawfish. Our caring and committed team will ensure you have a fantastic experience with us every time.

Local Crawfish
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. We get our crawfish only from local Louisiana crawfish ponds.
